Never snorkeled before? No problem — this complete beginner's course is specifically designed to take guests from zero experience to confident reef exploration within a single 3-hour session. The course is led by a certified water sports instructor who has helped hundreds of first-time snorkelers discover their natural affinity with the underwater world. The session begins on dry land with a thorough explanation of how snorkeling equipment works: mask fitting and sealing, snorkel clearing techniques, fin walking and swimming mechanics, and the most common mistakes that beginners make. Then you move to shallow water — just knee-deep at first — to practice each technique individually before progressively deeper swimming builds your confidence. By the 90-minute mark, most guests are snorkeling comfortably on the reef surface, watching fish and coral below them. The final 60 minutes are spent exploring a colourful reef section with the instructor alongside. At all times, flotation vests are available, the instructor maintains visual contact, and the pace is entirely set by the comfort level of the guest.
