This kayaking adventure combines the thrill of paddling across the stunning turquoise waters of the Red Sea with an intimate exploration of the rare mangrove forests that fringe the coastline near Ras Mohammed National Park. Mangroves are an ecological treasure — these salt-tolerant trees create unique habitats that shelter juvenile fish, crabs, herons, and a remarkable diversity of birdlife. Your experienced guide will lead you through narrow channels between the mangrove roots, explaining the ecosystem's importance and pointing out hidden wildlife along the way. The kayaking route also takes you over shallow reef sections where the water is so clear you can see the corals, sea urchins, and small fish directly beneath your kayak without needing to enter the water. All participants receive single or double sit-on-top kayaks, which are stable and easy to handle even for beginners. Life jackets and paddles are provided. The tour includes a rest stop at a scenic beach where you can snorkel, swim, and enjoy refreshments. With a maximum of twelve participants, the group is kept intimate, allowing for personalised attention and genuine wilderness immersion. Round-trip transport from Sharm El Sheikh hotels is included.
