Dahab is the Sinai Peninsula's most legendary destination for divers, snorkellers, and free spirits, and this overnight trip from Sharm El Sheikh gives you enough time to truly absorb its unique atmosphere and explore its world-famous underwater sites. The adventure begins on day one with a morning departure from Sharm El Sheikh, driving north along the Gulf of Aqaba coast to Dahab. The first stop is the Blue Hole — one of the most photographed dive and snorkel sites in the world, a dramatic circular reef sinkhole dropping to sixty metres and framed by extraordinary coral gardens. Non-divers can snorkel across the surface and peer down into the hypnotic blue void, while certified divers can arrange separate dive briefings. After lunch at a waterfront restaurant in central Dahab — where palm-woven cushions on the sand, cold juices, and fresh seafood define the iconic Dahab experience — the afternoon is free to explore the town. The Canyon dive site, a short walk from the centre, offers another extraordinary snorkel experience with narrow rock passages and abundant marine life. The evening is spent at leisure in Dahab, dining at one of the eclectic restaurants lining the promenade and watching the Red Sea shimmer under the stars. Overnight accommodation in a traditional Bedouin-style lodge or beachside camp is included. Day two begins with a relaxed morning and optional activities — windsurfing, camel riding, or further snorkelling — before the return drive to Sharm El Sheikh in the early afternoon.
